Novotel Deira Creekside Dubai

The location of the hotel was good, there was easy access to the mall and a lot of food places. Also the nearby metro station made it easy. Hotel and room was clean. The staff was friendly. Lobby was also neat

The pool was not heated and a bit steep for the kids. I have 2 boys aged 11 and 12 and it was a bit difficult for my 11 year old too swim. I also did not like that they did not have a 24 hour cafe area as sometimes coming in late I would want to have a hot chocolate and a coffee but this was not possible. As a conservative Muslim I am not comfortable going into the bar area to get a hot chocolate or coffee. No separate praying facilities is a bit of a bummer as this is a Muslim country and it should be readily available in the hotel lobby. No play area for kids. The room size was a bit small and the bed for the kids was a very noisy one, not very comfortable. I think this hotel is for business travellers. The Novotel in Sharjah is more for people with kids

Neat and clean, everything was in place. Well behaved staff. Extra time provided for check out. Swimming pool, food etc was excellent. Wifi was awesome and location was just superb, next to deira city center and metro station.

Master bed was smaller to sleep with kid. Yes I know there was option to get extra bed but I wanted to sleep with my family and hence it was really difficult to get adjusted onto the provided bed. I just wish it was little bit bigger in size. Also pillows were quite high in size and hence feeling uncomfortable in sleep.

The door of the room bathroom in front of the main bed, when entering the bathroom, that is, one of the bathrooms was bothering me because the door is a glass showing the lighting in addition, because the condition of the bathtub in the room is bad and does not respond to the opening and closure of any dead end and the location of the room was not given in the swimming pool and the swimming pool was not gradual, but the little boy was able to float

The cleanliness, welcome, lunch and customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and should return there whenever possible. Special mention to the employees Vasana for the breakfast service and Mahesh for the cleaning service. You are the best.

The breakfast time should be more from early morning up to 12.00 should be better as we generally go to bed late and wake up late. this will be a benefic for the guesses.

The location was very good.The breakfast was nice.The staff was very polite and responsive.The room is cleaned daily.The sheets and towels are changed daily.Water was left in the room every day.

In the room, it smelled a lot of powder and stagnant air.The windows do not open.The carpet is dirty and smells like dust, although we were cleaning the room every day.After bathing, the bath cannot dry out as there is no fan.

In addition to the fantastic staff and comfortable room, I also loved the location of the hotel. Novotel provided a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The washroom fittings are quite old now and needs to be changed. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not good.

Novotel is well managed by Accor Hotels, they have good experience in hotel management and everything was organized perfectly. The hotel location is very central and convenient in Dubai city. Staff is courteous and the premises is clean and comfortable.

The price is a bit higher comparing to other similar options.

Rooms are much bigger than most and comfortable luxurious beds abd washrooms, hotel is clean with international standard facilities, pool, lounge with affordable buffet for lunch and abd fulfilling breakfast, service staff- especially restaurant supervisor are excellent and very polite.

We loved the swimming pool as well as the location in relation to the MTR and Mall with Carefour. I also really appreciated being able to get gluten free bread at breakfast.

The wifi was less than average and the TV reception pretty bad.

Very good staff. Located near Airport so good if you are really tired and need some rest.

The bathroom washbasin was blocked and slow to drain, some leakage of water from shower cubicle to the toilet as well.

Nicely located infront of the city centre mall. Continental breakfast was good. Wish there were more selections for Indian food. Staff were super friendly especially the ones in the restaurant.

Was dissatisfied with the breakfast. Limited options. Didn't end up taking the breakfast most of the time as a result, eventhough I paid for it. Better options around the vicinity

Location is very good and convenient. Rom is very nice. Breakfast is not upto the standres. Limited avaiability and all four days same food with out ant difference.
