Excellent place to stay in Ksamil, great location at walking distance from everything, very nice and comfortable room (separate building from the main one but just in front). The people are super friendly and nice, especially the young guy at the restaurant, who gave us many recommendations. Very pet friendly which is greatly appreciated! Excellent price-quality ratio, totally recommended!
Only 2 small bad points, the air conditioning in the room was a bit difficult to control (only on/off, couldn't figure how to make it less strong). Since we were still in low season, the breakfast was not buffet but a plate which was everyday the same (eggs, sausage, cheese, bread, etc.), it is complete and big enough, but after a few days with the same it is tiring. Our last day they opened the buffet, which was mostly the same things but with some nice additions.

The Location was perfect, and also the comfort and cleanliness. The rooms were spacious. The restaurant was great with affordable prices and also the Breakfast was great. A nice place to stay and pass a couple of days.
The parking was a little bit small, but probably because of the season peak. Not something to be noted but being in the center has also the risk of having a lot of noise. There were a lot of mosquitos.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. It rained 3 out of the 4 days during our stay and one day going out from the room I fell downstairs (stairs were wet), I went to Joni restaurant and asked for some ice to put on my big bruise and they helped me very fast. Italian waiter, who was usually during breakfast time in Joni restaurant, was very friendly and helped with touristic information.

Everything was as we expected and very nice staff.Every day and over the weekend it was cleaned, which we were very satisfied.When we asked the staff, he still could answer us and there was always someone who knew English.Breakfast was the Swedish tables and were excellent.Kava was not included but it does not matter had a problem to make it for a supplement.

Very nice staff.When it comes to concern, it was always helped immediately .. Hotel is very clean.The location of the hotel is great in the heart of Ksamil.Beach is within walking distance in a few minutes.Price performance is right here and the prices in the restaurant and bar are great.

The staff is very friendly, if you have a request they will help you solve it. There is cleaning every day.There is an open bar where vegetarian/non-vegetarian can find what prefers for breakfast. There are several beaches within 600 meters, we preferred a further one for jumping.

The proximity to everything you needed for the holiday, supermarket at 1 minute on foot, bus stop, Exchange and souvenir shop all under the hotel.Beaches and restaurants area 10 minutes walk.All this allowed us to save money not having to take the scooter.

The owner was extended nice, constantly asking if I'm happy and if i need anything (i stayed 4 nights). The bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the waiter was super nice!
