Convince of the location , ease of parking and the staff really going out for Taylor Swift fans. That truely made my daughters night.

I liked the young man that we spoke with but it was so hard to hear him and explain everything. Since there was so much going on it was sensory overload for me which is my problem but the time I was up to see him I was over whelmed and then became stressed. Normally when I stay and I have paid in advance they take a $1 deposit for any damage etc to the room. But this time it was $50 which I didn’t have on my key card/debit card because we carried cash. Then when I said how much cash it was double so I went into panic. Because I didn’t realise I had to pay for parking when I thought it was included. So a little stressful times for me when I was very limited on money. Another staff member came to Bryce is rescue if you pick out one of these you might win free parking. Which we ended up doing winning. I can totally understand why these things are in place. Bryce is possibly new to the position and has a lot to learn. He needs to speak a little louder when so much noise is going on in the background. Overall I was impressed with the service and the motel. I will again stay there next time.

We were in Sydney for Taylor Swift concert at Accor Stadium, hotel has a fantastic location within a quiet business park close by.Staff were super friendly and helpful and in the Swifty spirit had lucky dips and gift bags for all the guests attending the concert as well as a dedicated bracelet making space complete with all the beads!!! Room was clean, fresh and beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. Easy parking within a secure boom gate. Breakfast was yummy and coffees and hot chocolates made to order. I would definitely stay here again it was an overall great experience.

Some more lighting in the room, however this is a tiny detail, and the lighting is not inadequate but could be brighter.

The room is really spacious and the staff are very accommodating. They are very responsive and helpful. Also, no unpleasanrt smell in the room so we had a great stay. We even received easter bags as gifts for the kids. ?

I think the breakfast is pricey, with the price we paid for the room alone, the breakfast should have been included already. Also I'm wondering why parking fee exist, isn't it expected that you have guests with vehicles so it is just as expected that they will park within the hotel premises.

The hotel put so much effort into making our stay for the Taylor Swift concert an entire experience, not just an overnight stay! We loved the Taylor displays in the reception area, welcome drinks, Swiftie snack pack & glitter room. All the staff were in on the excitement too. It was fabulous!! Easy to get to Sydney Olympic Park - bus directly out the front. We've recommended to others attending events in Olympic Park.

100/10 for Swiftie dedication. We were absolutely blown away with the level of detail the hotel and staff went to. It really got everyone in such a fabulous mood. The staff were incredible, looked incredible and went absolutely above and beyond. The photo wall, props, tattoos, Midnight menu and Bejeweled room were amazing! We will definitely be staying again whenever in Sydney.

Cannot fault a thing!

I went to stay at the Marriott for the Taylor Swift concert. They had made it such an experience. Balloon garlands, cardboard stands of Taylor. Posters, themed drinks and little gifts. They even made information accessible for getting to and from the concert. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. I just loved my stay so much.

Sunday morning restaurant seemed really understaffed given the amount of people in restaurant. We were only there for takeaway coffees, and the staff were working so hard given there were so few of them.

This hotel went the extra mile for our stay to see Taylor Swift. Bonus snacks in our rooms and life size cut outs of Tay Tay for the girls to take pictures with. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the service exceptional.

Room service took awhile but it was a busy night.

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very tidy and well presented and the beds were very comfortable.

I don't like the way hotels price gouge when big events are on, but they all do it so I can't hold it against the Courtyard.

Breakfast was superb.

The 3 pm Check In.. on such a busy weekend or any week end, is disappointing that rooms are not available. Thankfully we were able to access ours earlier to finish getting ready. The use of the TS Pamper Room was a lovely touch.

good location for olympic park events, busses stop right out front and take you straight there.....

we arrived at 3pm for checkin but no food available and no Bar was open..find this strange when we had 3 hours to waste waiting to go to concert.....

Found this place and was perfect for my overnight stay. Staff were awesome got in late helped me with truck parking and got me a steak on the grill before kitchen closed. Room really comfortable and breakfast was great too. Will stay again.

The hotel went above and beyond for the guests staying for the pink concert. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Bed so comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel, price also very reasonable.

Bubble water, welcoming snacks, mailboxes and consulting questions here will be answered. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, and the gym is good.

The microwave oven cannot be used by the public. There are too few TV channels.

The only negative I have was that limited tv channels as most had sound but no video. Minor issue but detracted from the overall good experience.

I loved the "vibe" for the Taylor Swift concert, the staff were buzzing and friendly, I was greeted with bubbles, there were extras in the room and informative info on how to get to the concert.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was so clean. Location was close to public transport and shopping centre. The hotel food was also exceptional. It was very quiet.

Could update the tv was only regular channels available could’ve had Netflix on it to access, the gym was also lil outdated.

The toilet kept running after flushing. The bed was hard up against the wall, not accessible from both sides.

It is an older style accomodation but has all the comforts needed for a short stay. Staff were amazing and so accomodating
