Location for our needs excellent. Breakfast good. Pool area very clean . Restuarant ok Room size and furnishings very good. Bathroom / Shower very acceptable

The room was a good size for our requirements however on arrival found that the TV did not work and having to call management to fix it was a bit of a set back which was rectified quickly. AS we were staying 2 nights we requested that the room be cleaned after the first night by leaving PLEASE CLEAN notification hanging on door. Not done Did not mind the room cost but these little things should have been noticed prior to or during our stay

Very close to town, within walking distance of visitor centre, shops and some town facilities. The pool area was nice and big with sun lounges and open area. The staff on the front counter were extremely polite and accomodating with all services.

The pillows had hairs on them and linen was dirty, as well as stains on walls. The rooms are very dated and our TV didnt work.

Breakfast was not included. Location of hotel was convenient

Remote control for TV was missing. Venetian blind didn’t work. Toilet didn’t stop flushing (this was rectified on the day). Cockroaches crawling out of holes where there was missing skirting board & coming out of the drain in the shower. Staff missed cleaning my room twice.

Room was very clean pool was clean and warm

I booked a twin room but was given a queen bed which was rectified once I complained I had the barramundi and chips and the Barra was good but the chips were not cooked properly and were just about raw on the inside staff were good room was good just the food let me down good

Food was not nice steak wasn’t cooked properly and cold chips were way too hot Maybe I think was language barrier with wait staff as drink was miss understood also Didn’t ask if we wanted anything more to drink Wife didn’t eat any of her steak as was no good Pretty muck a waste of $180 on dinner

Location was good, close to shops and food options. Staff were friendly. Decent size room. Bed comfortable and clean. Small but reasonable fridge. Nice towels and toiletries.

Needed a good clean. Found a cigarette butt and vape under the bed, along with a heap of dust. Bathroom needed a good scrub.

The location was good. The room was big.

The bathroom/toilet was not clean. The bathroom floor didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. The toilet bowl was definitely not cleaned prior to our check in

The aircon was fantastic and the location was good and the swimming pool was great with the heat.

No microwave in room, fridge Was tiny and tv only had one channel, the bed rolled from wall.

It was very nice accommodation and access to facilities was great with a restaurant & pool on site.

Minor things - Outside lights come through window furnishings and pool needed a clean

Beds were really comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Upon arrival reception (Aaron) was really nice and helpful. Our family walked out of reception and we all said how great you were.

Dinner was good but pricey Refurbished rooms

Neigbor was using our seating and table and leaving rubbish everywhere Rooms where too bright, too much light coming through the windows

Location and room size great. All workers were exceptional n helped me a lot with the internet.

Going on renovations so pool was not in use but got an upgrade without asking

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the steakhouse was great

Bathroom could be cleaner. Outside could be paved with 2 chairs and a couple more plants
