The room was amazing! The location and room were amazing! The location of the pool was spectacular.
We went to the pool the 1st afternoon. Approx 5PM. The state of the pool and the surrounds were disgusting. There was rubbish everywhere. There was tissues and baby wipes IN the pool. Empty plastic glasses on the tables. Paper bags behind the sun beds where you walk etc etc. Large pieces of chewing gum on the sides of the pool. Nineteen was closed for a private function. I would have thought that as we were a resident of the hotel we would get preference over a once a year function. Part of the bar should have been open for residents to order drinks from.

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, with ocean views. Staff were very lovely and helpful, and made special accomodation for the fancy car which made the stay even more relaxing. The infinity pool area was delightful at sunset and 19 Restaurant well worth dining at.
It was a very high quality stay - the decor was very Casino and Gold Coast, which is not my style, but it was very appropriate and to a high standard, so maybe it's time I added a bit more bling to my own house

Customer service was exceptional. Valet, reception, security and cleaning team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Rooms are beautifully appointed with great views and modern amenities. Breakfast at 19 was a great way to start the day and the main waiter was exceptional.
The only thing I would question about the darling is that the pool is only open until 6pm. For us staying in winter it wasn’t a problem but it would be disappointing in summer.

I am yet to get back to my call of duty as I was put on R&R by the aforementioned Boss! It is a beautiful venue with nice finishing touches, similar to my wife when I pick a good hotel, lol ?

The establishment degrades, you have to maintain, the metal at the pool is rusting, the tables at the PDJ are condoli!No tablecloth!The juices are not fresh.Harvesting on the walls outside

Good rooms ours was spacious but expensive
Pool towels are too small. Breakfast is a problem having to book nineteen. No real facilities in the Darling so need to go through casino. Having to request room cleaning an issue
