Very good communicationit with the hotel in advance, everything could clarify before the trip, all questions were answered quickly.The apartment was sufficiently large for our family and dog 3, everything was clean and comfortable.The hotel itself rather small, but nice and finely furnished.Also beautiful, well -kept outdoor area.We are very grateful to the staff that a small refrigerator was put into the room.A proposal from the hotel staff.We really appreciate that.Just like the separate breakfast room for our small family, due to our daughter's special needs and problems.Very loving handling with small or big ones.We have the impression that the wishes were read from our eyes in advance.The breakfast itself was very plentiful and delicious.Always happy to recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast excellent (large selection with various dishes), the double room and bathroom were nice and large, despite the tram in front of the window super quiet.Location Ideal (large nature park right next door and, despite, in 10 minutes on foot in the city, or go directly into the tram).You can visit this hotel very well with children because the staff is very child -friendly, there is an in -house playground and 2 playgrounds in the immediate vicinity, there were even pancakes for breakfast!:-)

The price performance ratio is very good.If you were still exchanging the pillows, very simple polyester pillows, sleeping would be a little bit.The bathroom lighting on the mirror could be a little better.Otherwise it is a very nice hotel, fulfills the purpose of making a short stay in Frankfurt-or pleasant.The staff is very new and helpful.Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel and the connection to the train station is good.

The coffee was too strong and unfortunately didn't taste good at all

Quiet, very clean and great breakfast me scrambled eggs, salmon and strong coffee I celebrated my birthday here, there was very tasty food and excellent service.I was also able to perform a musician and the room was decorated according to my wishes. Recommended!

Nice hotel, well equipped and the staff is friendly.The hotel is located near a natural island, which is located between old and new or on Ziegenwerder in Frankfurt (Oder) and you can enjoy nature there.
