Also das Menü am Silvester war wirklich sehr köstlich, was aber auch gleichzeitig verwirrend war, wir haben mit Halbpension gebucht gehabt und plötzlich sollten wir noch zum Sonderpreis 100 Euro pro Person bezahlen, damit wir am Silvester Menü plus Brunch am nächsten Morgen teilnehmen könnten, was viel zu übertrieben ist, und wenn ich etwas mit Halbpension buche an so einem Datum gehe ich davon aus, dass es sich um alle Leistungen handelt. Nun egal dass Essen was wir bekommen haben war sehr lecker ?, das Frühstück hat auf alle Fälle luft nach oben, es gab ja nicht mal ein Glas Sekt zum Frühstück, also das gibt es mittlerweile auf jeden Buffet und auch waren die Speisen nicht so liebevoll angerichtet, als wie am Vorabend.

The size of the room was too small for a suite, no separate living/sleeping area.The salad bar from the 3 -course evening menu (in the restaurant) stood in the middle of the room, was not cooled and had no "spit protection".These requirements should already be observed.Plastic coffee thermosmans at breakfast actually belong in a pension but not in a wellness hotel.So far, I don't know that the sausage and cheese slices are published by the staff.

The employees were all friendly, courteous and helpful.The room and bathroom large and beautifully furnished.The bed was very comfortable and I slept wonderfully.The breakfast left nothing to be desired, but was actually topped by dinner: four courses, lovingly prepared and served.I felt very well.The hotel is just great!

The old part of the hotel, which was taken with carpet, seemed something very affected.An introduction to the lobby would have been helpful (where is what? Bathrobe, bathing flaps ask for an additional charge and the lobby).

The size of the room was great and the outside sauna has a nice view.

Personnel could be more warm, no bathrobes and water dispensers were empty in the entire wellness area at 7 p.m.
