Very friendly relaxed hostess.Easy, accommodating.Good for a large (printing) company.Not used to Germany.We were with 18 people, with many children between 5 and 11 years old.All rooms are very spacious, (3-person rooms can easily be done with four, so large).Breakfast was very extensive, diverse and tasty.Extraordinary clean, from hall to attic.And so 'small' that nobody lost their way.The three person rooms were functional and very large, the double rooms were also cozy with flowers wallpaper etc.

The bar closed at 9:15 PM.That is of course possible, but we find it very unfortunate.A living room with a vending machine would be very nice, if your children all sleep you can still have a drink.It was very hot inside, ca.23 degrees, but that turned out to be a malfunction that was being worked on, so it is unusual.And at breakfast, the addition of fried eggs etc lasted a while.

We felt very comfortable in the hotel.The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean.After our day of skiing we were able to park the ski matters in the Skikeller and enjoyed the sauna in the lovingly furnished wellness area.The breakfast buffet had a great selection and it was regularly refilled.So everything was always fresh.We really enjoyed our spontaneous stay at the hotel because of the weather and will be happy to come again in the next few years.

A few little things in the room would have to be repaired/overstretched, but everything in the normal frame.

Super friendly owners and staff.Location is 300 meters from the practice part of the Skipiste Ski rental opposite the hotel Fine sauna clean and neat

18.00 euros for a breakfast is a lot, but in the "Hoofdstraat" you can also have a very nice breakfast on Sundays the kitchen of the hotel is closed, the food is good but not great at the weekend everything really has to be reserved from skis renting to discuss the parking lot (P2)

Even though we had a basic room it was spacious and comfortable. Before and after check-in/out we could store our luggage at the front desk, which saved us a lot of trouble. There was a very good breakfast buffet, and the dutch-speaking staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower tap took some fiddling before the temperature was right, and I'd liked to have had a water cooker to make tea. But other than that, no complaints

Nice spacious rooms, even when you sleep in a room with the three of you.It was well maintained, clean!

Missed a kettle, just as wonderful to have been in the room in the room.The central heating that can be changed at the reception, the rooms are outside the main building.But the heating is on the entire day, causing a dry air at night.

Central location between lifts and village.Excellent bathrooms.Nice and quiet breakfast with enough space between the tables.Quiet atmosphere in the entire hotel.Giant nice and caring hostess.

Rooms on the street side best no windows open at night.Windows closed well.

Great location and beautiful hotel

The price is really on the too high side.You book a hotel with breakfast through Booking and there they say that it is not with breakfast anyway.Then you have to pay 40 euros for a minimal breakfast

Location is good and large convenient double room in the new part of the hotel.

We rented also a a single room, in main building which was very small. Hating system cannot be controlled in the room and makes noise when switches on.

The room was very spacious, with a separate (heated) dressing room.Great breakfast buffet.

Missing reading lamp (s) at the sitting area fridge & coffee/tea facilities would be a good addition.

The location in Winterberg near the center and the ski slopes

That the temperature of the heating in the room could not be controlled itself.Therefore very hot at night

That the hotel bar and the elevator were closed from 9 pm.The fact that you had to get and return the key to the ski tot (which was poorly heated)
