We were in Goethe - Little Hirschgraben.Central, yet quiet location.As good as new Appentment, well equipped, a little small - shower door only for slim guests;) - but suitable for overnight/ breakfast.Kettle, coffee machine, beautiful towels in the bathroom

The guest care is catastrophic!The employees do not respond on the booking platform :( they are very friendly, but unfortunately unreliable on the phone. We have in vain for the promised written confirmation for days, as well as a digital key. On the day of arrival we were told that we should be the keys in Pick up neighboring Cafe Karin - we learned that it has been closed for months. Afterwards, we were suggested by the key in another, about 1 km away - what we rejected. suggested that we should live on the other block side (Laute Straße) what we rejected after an hour of waiting at the front door, we finally reached a digital key for the apartment booked at this address!We only received the 2 requested key cards later - but to this day no excuse or compensation.Hence the poor personnel assessment.

The apartment was within walking distance of the next S-Bahn station.It is a quieter quarter, rather decadent, where you can calm down.The apartment was super furnished, with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle.Everything there to cook something and feel comfortable

So far everything worked out well.Since we were there on the weekend and there was no cleaning service, a few extra towels would have been nice.But otherwise completely happy.

Everything perfect.The size of the apartment (Junior Suite), the equipment, the quiet location, the close shopping opportunities, the very nice staff at the reception, the uncomplicated handling with check-in and check-out ... everything was great!

We only missed the announced slippers (we got immediately when asked at the reception!) And a few TV channels, but otherwise everything is really great.

Super great and spacious apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 guest toilet and 1 shower room).In a quiet side street directly at the Alte Oper.We recommend.Since we came outside of the reception times, we had to contact the security service for the 'handover of the keys' (or room handover), that worked great, very friendly and extremely helpful lady :-)

Quiet location in a beautiful surroundings.Appealing facility.Price performance is fine.Friendly communication.

Booking was not prepared.The check-in at the weekend was only responsible for security personnel, who then took care of patient and friendly.So the problem was finally solved.An apology from The Doormann immediately followed in writing.Can happen.

The accommodation was perfect for us: -The central location -the possibility of parking in the underground car park (for downtown conditions still relatively appropriate for € 25) -The small apartment was equipped with everything you need -the accommodation was very clean -that Personnel at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly

It is the second time we stay here.Apartment in a quiet area but near the center.A totally recommended apartment.

A failure is that the shower does not have a grip to enter, necessary for older people or with mobility problems.It is the only paste that I find and is easily rectible.

There was no place to park and we solved a mistake in the reservation.Instead of 2 bedroom apartment we got 1 bedroom.Resolved by providing the second apartment at the original price.

Great location, good value for money, lots of space.

No reception on the weekend. If we needed anything we had to sort it ourselves and no place to leave luggage after checkout.

The apartment was big and comfortable, clean. It was situated in a good area, near Opera. 5 min walking time to reach the Metro station. Lots of restaurants in the area.
