Mullingar Park Hotel

Lovely hotel..had dinner in the bar and the food is delicious.breakfast choice and quality is 5 * i havent seen this anywhere in ireland in years excellent choice hot tasty. Good service ? nice friendly staff in every department especially housekeeping and breakfast rooms. Mullingar is a great place to shop ...shout out to una s bakery ..quite spectacular cakes ? a must visit in mullingar..we will definitely be back to this Lovely hotel ? ?

E-charging station on site. Spacious room with plenty pillows/towels and toiletries. Nice decor in reception areas.

We were sent to a room which was already occupied. A new room was given which was very noisy....above front entrance and near main road. I phoned ahead to ask about sockets at each side of bed (for medical equipment) and was told there were....there are but they are round 3 pin plugs??? No use to any modern electrical goods.

Great Hotel, lovely food, warm and welcoming staff.

I was assigned a room with an Accessibility bathroom, it would have been nice to have been told this during the booking stage that my room was for Accessibility visitors as I would have asked for a different room with a Bath instead of a shower. That's my only complaint though, as everything was perfect other than not being told this.

Breakfast was excellent. Room really nice. Swimming and spa pool great. Location very good. Reception staff very friendly and kindly sent a pocket radio on to us that we left behind in the room. So nice of them.

Unfortunately we also left a phone charger behind but the housekeeping staff said it wasn't in the room when they checked!

Drink in the bar wasn't great glasses were very very dirty staff could have been cleaning them by hand instead of hanging around obviously the glass machine wasn't cleaned properly never came across such dirty glasses I'm in the hospitality business.

Nothing really. The only negative would be bright curtains meaning the sunlight not being blocked early in the morning, so blackout curtains would be helpful

Spacious, clean welcoming hotel, good leisure amenities, great breakfast options and good bar food.

Room was a bit dated, and woodwork was chipped and needed painting and view was looking at a roof and a wall, but was spotless, large and comfortable.

The Hotel was fabulous from the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff. Fantastic food. Swimming pool lovely and hot pool really hot.

A bit of a mix up at reception got a key to a room and there was someone in it had to go back to reception got a another room ok

The rooms are very basic & don't match the stars/luxury of the rest of the hotel.
