Steung Siemreap Hotel

This hotel is nice and the building and interior has colonial style. It's situated very good in the city center of Siem Reap with walking distance to the most interesting places. The price for the room was affordable. The hotel staff was nice but I felt sorry for them as they could not serve dinner guests properly in the hotel restaurant.

The interior of the rooms are a bit worn. We had issues with the hotel restaurant which had to be settled with the hotel management. As the issue is settled I am not unhappy, but still can't recommend using the hotel restaurant for dining.

Great location right near Pub Street Night markets laundry etc.. Nice pool to sit around in the afternoon. Good breakfast with choices. Spacious rooms

The room wasn’t really serviced everyday. Had to ask for missing items. Happy not to have new towels everyday but tea, sugar, soap, shampoo. It was a bit noisy with staff walking past each morning and night clunking as they went.

Hotel location was excellent - close to the Old Market and Pub Street. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was not too bad.

The pillows were too high and too hard. The air-conditioner in the room was very weak. We spoke to the receptionist / concierge to get someone to look into the issue. No one came. Towels in the bathroom had stains.

Silent.. walkable to places of interest.. clean..courteous staff

1. Communicative English skills of staff could be improved 2. I’ve reason to suspect minor pilferage in the room ( cleaning staff?) Was charged for a missing teaspoon on checkout..

Just near the old market, a few minutes from the bar street, it is very convenient to eat around.The hotel breakfast is great, and the service staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and polite.Very satisfactory experience.

Great location close to pub street, street food along the river, old market. Friendly staff, organised car for private visits to various temples which was just what we wanted. Loved the pool to cool down. Good breakfast.

Location was perfect really close to bars and restaurants. Much needed in the extreme heat.

My air conditioning unit was very loud. I was unable to turn it off because of the heat.

Nita in the reception desk is the sunshine of the hotel. Always very very friendly

I had a little difficulty checking out out later.In Booking was availability, but the hotel said no.After talking, I got it.

Choices were absolutely limited , non appetizing, no fresh coffee and needed to pay extra for it! Absolutely unacceptable!

Perfect location, 2 minutes of the Nightmarket and Pubstreet, but still nice, beautiful pool, very nice staff.
