The room had smoke smell and AC was not cooling , no dental kit provided when asked they brought after half hour , drinking water I asked for an extra bottle in night the room service guy told once it finish he will bring so I went down grocery bought myself some drinking water , when complained for Ac not cooling the mechanic came and told the room was closed so it will take some time to cool while I checked in at around 3 and switched on the ac to 18 and left came back at 8 night still was t cooling I asked him to check the filter then he did it was clogged with dust seems it wasn’t cleaned for years and he removed the filter and left then the ac cooled but the smell of smoke was all over the room even though it was a non smoking room (606),due to flood was not able to reach home so I booked room for a day and stayed along with my 12 yr son

We used to go for staycation Hilton and many hotels , but the service seems poor , the bathrooms are very tiny

The staffs were accommodating and a good singer too. Thank you for making my birthday stay extra special. Its just that small problem came in the middle of the night for that continuous fire alarm and became slow Internet but overall stay was quiet comfortable. And addition to this was when I left my valuable things in the drawer then I reported it to them to pick it up the next day. Thank you Ibis Hotel.

I booked for non-smoking room but when we arrived im the room, there's smell of cigarette. When we woke up there's water leakage under the bed. There's one staff who moved slow maybe she's new employee. there's should be proper queing first come first serve basis

Price for value quite good

Reception was sometimes quite bussy, so longer waiting required for questions. Reception did not offer taxi booking and only advice to online apps Hotel is next to the Metro line, but quite far from the stations, this makes it less convenient. Room interrior design in "plumbers paradies" is question of preference.

Been here many times its a convenient location

It was during the floods. The hotel skyrocketed the rates to 990/night for any extensions and same also part therof for few hours extensions. Felt they were taking advantage of the helpless situation of many stranded guests who kissed flights and could not leave the hotel

It's surely a good option for a relatively cheap stay, The staff is friendly and polite, breakfast comes with nice options, and a nice bar on the ground floor

Staff on the desk looked overloaded with tasks and seemed in difficulty, common areas like corridors didn't look so clean

The staff was very helpful, i asked them first day to change the room view, then they called me in the same day and they change it as my inquiry.

if they notify that there's a transportation to anywhere, like to dubai outlet mall , that i was in need but i known at the check out.

Staying at the hotel satisfied all needs.The number fund is old, but does not affect the vacation.There is a transfer to the beach in the morning.The kitchen is delicious with great choice.Not far from the metro station.

It was good

I had to face one problem. They asked for physical E.Id or passport of both of us. My wife's id is under process. I have id. But they didn't accept my request. Next time pls mention that before the booking.

The price. The room was comfortable and it was close to places I needed to be.

There were a lot of people laying around in the lobby. The hallways were not updated and looked dirty from age.

One side of the lifts served service staff, sometimes when in the lift we stiffed at every floor as service staff were collecting trays, bed sheets etc

The room curtains didn't blackout the room during the day when it was closed They removed the gym room

Nice Budget property. Clean and good breakfasts for the price. Quick check in usually.

Shuttle service maybe could be started to MoE and Metro.
