Haus Lungau

It really was a perfect place for me, my wife and our 3 yr old son. In fact it could accommodate a bigger family very easily. Beds were really comfortable which I didn't expect. Kitchen fully stacked with everything you need to make your own meals. Obviously you have to buy the food from the grocery store which is a 5 mins drive. The balcony was my favorite place where you can get a nice view of the lake and surrounding mountains. I enjoyed sitting there every morning with my coffee despite the cold weather in the mornings during this time of year. It really does feel like a postcard picture how beautiful this town is. We used it as our base and visited many of the surrounding towns during our six days stay. The hosts (mother and her son) couldn't be any nicer. We initially planned to stay for four nights only, but ended up extending our stay for two more nights which they graciously accepted. Communication can be a challenge if you don't speak German especially with the mother, but as long as the son is there you should be fine communicating in English. This place really did exceed my expectations. Thanks Haus Langau for the beautiful time. Hope to come again soon !

Very nice and quiet area - great location near Fuschl am See (can be reached in a few minutes on foot, you can easily make the excursions without the car. Very nice apartment on the ground floor (one stick under the street) with the terrace In the garden. Everything very clean. We got all the necessary and helpable information on the first day (including the bathing area entry ticket). There was also the bun offer and free parking in front of the house. And the landlord - simply very nice man - thank you for your help And all of our conversations :) It was one of the most beautiful vacation in the Salzkammergut, unfortunately too short, but I hope we will come back soon!

Maybe I would appreciate a microwave for a longer stay - but otherwise the kitchen is very well equipped

Large, bright and friendly room with fully equipped kitchen.Lies well, very quiet on the edge of the forest, 10 min footpath to the lake - hike directly from the house.25 minutes by car to Salzburg.

We prefer to have roller shutters instead of curtains - so that it still stays very dark in the morning.The cat was a little too intrusive and didn't want to get out again ;-)

The smaller apartment was literally clean, beautiful, valuable, Estäthian.More than enough space for two people because well cut - no hurdle run.We felt very comfortable here and made some hikes in the area in short trips.The innkeeper was very nice and there was a large selection.We would like to spend our short vacation here again.

Very nice landlord!The delivery service of the incredibly delicious croissants was great :) All in all, everything was very uncomplicated.Unfortunately we were only 3 nights, but we could also imagine it for a long time.The other rooms also look very nice and well -kept.

The accommodation is located on a hill near the center/lake.The view from the balcony to the Fuschlsee is wonderful.The equipment of the apartment is normal (dishes, pots, etc.) - everything is well maintained and clean.The bun service offered is also great.

It had all the luxury of home, including a (small) dishwasher. All pots and pans you need for cooking, cutlery, glasses etc. If you need a safe to store stuff its also in the appartement.

The bed of appartement 4 was a bit creaky which woke me up a couple of times.

Very sympathetic and informative host who was already waiting for us with the key.The room was in a well -kept and high quality condition.Nothing was missing, even the baker is the host every morning to provide us with fresh rolls!

Very clean accommodation with very good equipment and a nice view of the mountains and the Fuschlsee.Extremely nice host and Fuschl am See is a very good starting point for excursions to Salzburg and the Salzkammergut.

I liked everything, silence, the view from the house. The mixture is magnificent in the range of 30 minutes by car, and the town itself in pedestrian prematureism by a walking step.

Wonderful landscape.Many beautiful lakes, to reach quickly.

There were hardly any parking spaces in the Fuschl.The fees at the swimming pool are very high.
