Best Western Plus Village Park Inn

The property has excellent access to main routes and is easy to get around from. Chosen specifically to Foothills Hospital, if you’re there for an appointment, even offer a discount for that. All amenities including pool, hot tub and the restaurant we ate at were wonderful additions to our stay. The service from Hotel Manager and food and beverage staff, while dining in restaurant and for free inclusive breakfast were excellent. They accommodated our pet in a kind friendly way making everyone feel welcomed. Our stay across the board was top notch! We will be back again, and the manager of the hotel was beyond impressive in ensuring a positive experience. Thank you all:)

Some minimal minor damages to the door in our bathroom, but on the overall the renovations to the hotel were excellent. There is no complaints, it’s a great hotel.

One of the nicest experiences I've had. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We didn't hear noise from the hallway or rooms beside us. The breakfast had a lot of variety and there was room to sit and visit without feeling crowded or rushed.

Parking was strange as you had to park a ways from the entrance and then get a parking pass which you had to go out and place on your windshield. Totally an inconvenience especially in cold weather. It was a bit tricky to get on the side road where the place is located but I'm glad it wasn't on a main thoroughfare.

Breakfast was great until the day that we suddenly could no longer order omelet and baked eggs of our choice.That was very unfortunate that that option suddenly disappeared.

The hotel is very convenient. It’s a nice hotel, simple, but comfortable.

The breakfast was ok. The selection was great, but the eggs were undercooked and the potatoes were tasteless. We had the room in front of the elevators, so it was a little noisy with kids coming and going just outside our door.

Exceptional value for the price. Friendly staff. ALWAYS prompt, thorough and welcoming front desk / check in experience. Clean✅ Fun property layout (especially when we bring the kiddos!) Surprisingly delicious breakfast - included!

the Swimming pool is in the middle of the second floor loopy, no walls, very loud sounds reached to my room from the kids playing

Everything was great, location was close to the hospital my husband was in. The rates were great for people who were either in or visiting Foothills Hospital, restaurant was great, room was clean and very comfortable!

The rooms are dated and the bathroom was tiny, the wash basin is very inconveniently located in the bathroom and was always blocked. It’s time for a reno.

The king size jacuzzi suite was nothing I imagined, very clean, had more than 2 people needed. Everything worked

I would say the only thing was for the price I think underground parking should be included

The supper menu was excellent, I had the coconut shrimp, it was amazing. My daughter enjoyed her penne and white sauce from the kids menu. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious.

I really like the atrium style. It is very unique. Rooms are very big and nice . Staff were friendly and breakfast is complete and fresh.

Prking was full. Bed was a little older.

The staff, Lem Lem from the kitchen is very kind and hospitable, Linda from front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

Hot tub is too small, only good for 4 people

The children definitely enjoyed the indoor pool and comfortable beds

I didn’t get my 100 CAD voucher on checkout after staying 3 nights as advertised
