Crans Ambassador

the hotel lobby and terrace are the nicest there is in crans so it was practical to be in that hotel because we were able to chill and have a bite at night without the need to go out

worst ski room or ski service i ever encountered in a 5 star in the alps. the 2 guys working there barely took the time to speak to my group. every time we came back or started in the morning they didnt offer help with the ski boots which is in reality the case in any hotel. the ski room before you leave out doesnt have water or coffee or a bathroom. you would have to walk all the way back to your room for that. i personally was dissapointed in that.

The "concierge" who welcomed us was exceptional, kind, helpful and with an answer to everything.Unlike the welcome staff who spoke of an approximate French.The possibility of choosing the type of cushion was a very big plus.The ski service, heated shoes, the sports store next to it was very pleasant.

Have breakfast next to tables where there were dogs.It's still a little bizarre I find that in a 5 star we are imposed on the presence of dog.Even more when you are allergic.The a little cold air temperature at the pool.The rooms a little small I find for the price.

The room was not 1st freshness for an establishment in this category and it was very cold.Breakfast was basic because not enough choices, not up to an establishment in this category.A little disappointing for a hotel in this category, compared to hotels of the same category that we often frequent in other Valais stations.

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel with 2 small kids. We really enjoyed breakfast as well as the Lodge and Muna restaurants. The staff across the hotel is very helpful and friendly. The sports shop that assists with ski rental and or storage are extremely helpful. We also used the swimming pool facilities which have beautiful mountain views. The whole experience during the stay was hassle free and relaxing.

very close to ski lift, a lot of space and amenities (pool, gym, sauna, hammam, ski room and shop, a bar with live music, 3 restaurants, etc), a large free car park in front of the hotel also makes it quite easy to come and go

sport machines in the gym which feature a screen should be replaced: it is almost impossible to click on screens to start/stop /select a practice, they are totally outdated

small bed. / 35chf charge for a small 5kg dog with no service for the dog. no dog bed or dog bowls and no dog snacks. I’ve been in 5star hotels where they provide all that for chf 20. An 11 year old child needs a seperate bed and eats breakfast and is free. so why charge 35 chf for a 5kg dog and no additional services are provided.

The spa is magnificent the terrace of the bar for mulled wine after skiing The Deluxe room, very spacious the proximity of the Le Staff cable car, very pro while being friendly the upgrade in room with a view (we were at the very start of the season) The restaurant (lounge) was excellent, as well as cocktails

Frankly I don't see

Overall great stay: friendly and professional staff, good spa, good breakfast and restaurants, great mountain view, excellent service, game room for kids, will come back.

Some sliding doors in the rooms should be greased - quite noisy- , and some hairdryers replaced, but only very minor problems

The lounge bar, pleasant for a post ski or post dinner glass, nice.Found the bathroom in our spacious and very pleasant room, very pretty and practical.

No closed or covered garage for the car while it can often snow or freeze in winter

Staff was extremely kind and proactive ! especially the shuttle service and the "ski room" one.

price are high. Especially if you come with your kids. No real family option. You have to double the price.

Very surprised by the lack of high standards in terms of cleanliness. Some facilities are outdated (especially in the fitness center). Not worth the price at all!

Everything was perfect.The SPA and the very pleasant swimming pool.The pool water temperature was perfect (before the covid it was a little too cold).
