Reservation and check in online possible.Friendly staff :) The rooms are well equipped.Bright and friendly.There is even a minibar - albeit a little sparsely equipped .. it is clean and the bathroom, especially the shower, was the finest.Rain shower and normal browsers, enough water pressure, spacious - also for large people, and new.At least in this room

I find the breakfast buffet very sparse and unfortunately you cannot order scrambled eggs or fried egg.As a (long -standing) vegetarian, there is not much left if you don't like "sweet" ... the cheeses were also reduced .. that was better.There is definitely space for improvement, even if I understand that times are no longer as gold as it was ..

It is by far the most comfortable stay I have had in a hotel while travelling abroad. The Hotel provides a very personal form of service. The rooms are clean and cosy. The bathrooms spic and span. The showers always give you the right temperature hot water in seconds. The staff are extraordinary. They are professional and friendly and serve with a smile. The location, right next to the lake and the botanical gardens is spectacular. The menu though limited is tasty.Check in and check out - very efficient. Really - could not ask for more.

If you want to do Yoga in the morning within your room, it can be challenging. :) Otherwise, perfect.

The ideal location of the hotel, walking along the lake, we could reach the center of Geneva, parking was provided in the underground garage near the hotel.It was enough to cross the street and we were in a large park, which suited us because we had a dog with us.The room is not large, but cozy, practically furnished, just everything just right.Very helpful and nice staff, both at the reception and at breakfast.

This time is the third time in 8 years, and each experience is very good.Every time I drive from "Zurich" to "Geneva", I stay here.The location is located in the center of Geneva, which is very close to the international organizations. Even in the winter of January, walking can be easily reached.Without the hustle and bustle of the old city, the natural environment outside the house is beautiful.

Room was very confortable and had a balcony. Hotel is just in front of a park and the lake which is very nice to go for a walk. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room service works 24/7 which is very handy when having late meeting. Breakfast is included with the room and is nice.

Nothing that I can think off

The catering service, the reception, on the other hand, the water must be free in the room.Also coffee and tea should be sufficient in the room and free.Sometimes instead of having breakfast, we can just prepare coffee or tea in the room.

The room is very narrow for couple, but for two days we can bear.

- Room with balcony - Silence yes!Not a noise.- Breakfast in generous buffet.- TV with French channel - The big shower - The adorable staff - the parking lot.

- No restaurant on weekends, too bad - no shampoo in the bathroom - a little outside the city center even if everything is done on foot easily

The rooms are comfortable, with a wide bath.Good breakfast and good location.The best thing is undoubtedly his workers, especially Camille, who helped us when one of us became ill in everything he could.Thanks for your help and kindness.It is easy to feel at home when they treat you that good.

Good location compared to my meeting place

Very sound - could hear my neighbor talk on the phone (if I had been able to his language, I would have been able to follow each word in the assembly).

A convenient place, very pleasant and cute people work at the hotel, a clean room, a successful combination of antiquity and modern technology, a modest, but hearty breakfast.

The room I had was very small and water/coffee were not complementary in the room.

As various prescribers have already mentioned, there is definitely room for improvement at breakfast!
