The very friendly staff, safe location at 10 minutes walking from the Arauco Park, crossing the avenue you arrive at Alonzo de Cordoba street with a great offer of restaurants.There is free parking at the hotel.

The bathroom, distributed in 2, tiny bathroom and shower, the two glazed, the towels hanging above the toilet, when you go to the bath at night the light illuminates the whole room, if you forgot to take the towel out of the bath before showering you are in trouble .There is nowhere to hang the towel in the shower.Very uncomfortable.Shampoo and low quality conditioner.If you are with a car, the arrival at the hotel is not very complicated until you know the exit of the tunnel.The hotel has free parking that is very comfortable.

The location is great! Vitacura is my favorite district of Santiago. I have been in previous hotel many times, so it didn’t change so much inside.

The furniture should be renewed, as the design in general. The staff is nice. So to the owners of hotel the note: invest in interior of hotel! You can win the market in that area. And the breakfast could be better too…

The breakfast was fabulous, during the stay it was pleasant since they let you feel at home, very friendly.

The gym could be a bit more modern.No liquor letter was observed for service to the room.

I could watch the golfers from my room. Many good places to eat nearby.

For a Hilton, breakfast was a little short on choices. Also there were eggshell fragments in my scrambled eggs.
