Eden Hotel

It was clean, they had parking spaces right at the house.

- We were in the annex and not in the main house, which I basically don't like.- A huge dog was right in front of the reception.It's okay if you have a dog, but why does it have to be right in front of the reception.I have a dog hair allergy and am anxious to every dog.For me this is a no go.- I felt annoying, so others confirmed it: As soon as you took a step into the breakfast room, you roared out behind the counter: what you want for an egg dish, even with any other guest, was almost screamed.That was totally uncomfortable.- The cables were all over our room, for things that were adjusted.- Overall quite outdated and the bathroom so small that the shower could hardly be opened without touching the sink.The shower's glass door went to the corner of the new washbasin.Once not careful, these would have been decomposed.

Friendly and attentive staff.Cozy restaurant where you immediately feel comfortable.Child -friendly;We were three adults and three children.Wonderfully cooked food.I celebrated my 67th birthday.Mr. Huber, the hotel owner came to our table with the cook and two service staff.The light was subdued and everyone sang Happy Birthday.One person held a cake and candle, another person presented me with a plate with ice cream visions.Tears came to me with emotion.We all had a huge joy!I can only recommend my stay at the Hotel Eden.Ms. Huber is also a remarkable woman, sensitive and loving.The collaboration of everyone is noticeable.It is worked with a lot of warmth, commitment and professionalism.Thank you for everything!We hope to come again.

The only one hits the elevator, which does not reach the third floor.On the other hand, I have to comment that when you are late and be the Parking Full, my husband looked for in another they have next to a park and a river, and being night and with hardly any light, he was about to fall into the water .They should illuminate that area or put go to protect that area.

I don't see what could be improved.You just need to know that it takes about 10 min.On foot to reach the city center, because the hotel is at the other end of the "Kurgarten", seen from the city center.But the hotel itself is absolutely perfect.

The location is great.Right on the thermal bath and at the park.Parking for free large rooms, dog -friendly., Clean, kettle, the nice Mr. Günther and generally the nice staff.Everything is great, even the breakfast buffet until 10.30am is great.

Breakfast offers are good and versatile. Egg dishes are freshly prepared.The hotel offers two accommodations, sometimes directly on the thermal bath and diagonally opposite the hotel. This is a bit old, but accessibility.

Breakfast just had everything from rolls, croissants over muesli.Rooms were lovingly furnished and top clean.The whole hotel simply has charm because everything is perfectly coordinated.Everyone was extremely friendly, already filling out the data at the reception with a drink.We also ate there in the evening.Service and kitchen as well as the top staff simply to be recommended.

Nothing was perfect.

Quiet and very spacious rooms, good to very good breakfast, good cuisine (restaurant), friendly staff.Perfect location of the guest house in the park.There were even special pillows (such as spelled pillows, which we did not use because we got along with the normal ones).Everything breathe a little the charm of past spa splendor, but we liked it very much.

The WiFi was very weak and also failed in places.
