It is a very nice, small and family -run hotel in a great location.It is not far from the hotel to the train station and not far to the castle.Since we were in Oybin during the Christmas season, it was particularly beautiful.The hotel, the houses, everything is decorated for Christmas and beautifully illuminated in the dark.The castle is also nicely illuminated.From Oybin we drove with the Zittauer narrow -gauge railway, which was also adorned for Christmas.We also made a trip to Zittau and Görlitz.On Saturday, a super nice small Christmas market with lots of local exhibitors in Oybin was a great offer.It snowed and fire bowls were set up everywhere.We really liked it in Oybin and the surrounding area.A stay in this hotel is highly recommended.We would love to come back.

Great area with lots of opportunities for leisure activities, the hotel in a good location, mostly friendly staff.

The sauna and bowling alley could not be used, although it is advertised on the website.We had chosen the hotel because of these offers;After the hikes we wanted to use the sauna for relaxation and bowling a little in the evening.It is also very unfortunate that no restaurant is open in the village from 8 p.m.!
