The staff is very friendly and would like to meet all wishes and questions.We came in a weekend that there was a lot to do in the hotel and was therefore quite busy.Because we arrived late in the afternoon, we were not sure if there was still room to be able to eat in the restaurant.A very friendly nice woman has created a place for us so that we could eat with our daughters.The food was very tasty and tidy.The children have been taken into account.In the case we got our starter, the girls also got their food.That way she didn't have to wait for us and they could already start.Because it is almost Christmas, the girls got their juice from a small wine glass, it looked very chic.The breakfast was also super.Everything was neatly brought to the table so that it was not busy or noisy in the restaurant.Food was very tasty and the choice for siege very spacious.Choice of coffee and tea in the morning and for the children fresh juice.The room (Junior Suite) is very spacious and you can sleep well with a family.There was neatly an extra bed, just like a cot for the youngest of ours.Because there are 2 spaces, you do not all sleep together in a room but separately from each other.The bathroom was not very spacious but the bath was very nice and super fun for our daughters to play in.

A very nice castle in a great park, just a few minutes from the Buer city center.
The equipment of the rooms is very spartan and is not appropriate for the price (around € 150 a night).Cheap mattress, uncomfortable upper bed, a thin and firm pillow ... bright, uncomfortable light.No feel -good atmosphere.My room had a mini TV with a bad sound, so you could hardly see anything from the bed.On the day of my journey it was around zero degrees and it was not even necessary to heat the room.It took over two hours until the room temperature was pleasant, not exactly what you want after a long working day ...

The bed was very comfortable.The mattress was as good as new.The room had two windows to open and curtains, so that it was dark enough to sleep.
I would have expected a bottle of water, or a kettle for tea and/or coffee for the high price.The shower is integrated in the bathtub and the glass wall on the edge is unfortunately too small, and a lot of water ran on the floor when showing.

Great location where you can easily park.Not far from the highway.Breakfast was fine: was served at the table with a choice of mirror egg or scrambled eggs.Tasted delicious.Room was clean.
In our opinion, beds were too hard, but that is personal.An aggregate could be heard in the late evening and early evening.

Great building in a park and great ambience.Very nice for Gelsenkirchen.
Personnel was somewhat understaffed and overwhelmed, but still tried.The stairwells were full of various devices and furniture.My room was a bit dark.Still, I was satisfied.
