Suite Bucica

This is a GREAT place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The hosts are a couple and they both made me feel very welcome, giving a tour and bottle of wine on arrival. The property has a kitchen and terrace which you are free to use. My room had an en-suite bathroom but I'm not sure if the other one does. Towels and sheets were provided as well as a fan, although as it was winter this wasn't necessary. There are plenty of charging points in the room but remember an adapter if you're from the UK or outside Europe. The bathroom had some toiletries and was all very clean, as was the kitchen. The residence also has a swimming pool which is not heated but you are free to use it if you want. It is a gated community so very safe. There are some buses nearby (outside Barcelo Active) or a taxi from town is around 5-7€. You can also walk to town although it takes around 40 minutes. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment as well as a few local shops and cafes. Barcelo Active is also 5 minutes away and the bar is open to non-residents. There is also a small beach 10-15 minutes away. The WiFi was fast enough for working and there was a TV in the room although I didn't use it. There is also a washing machine which guests can use if they need to. Overall, I cannot fault anything and really enjoyed my stay and lovely hosts. Muchas gracias a ustedes!

It is a little far from town but you have a few transport options even if you don't drive.

The room was spacious and comfortable.With closet to store your clothes, and the suite type bath with many shelves to put your things of cream creams and others.It was also appreciated that in the bathroom closet there were hair or foam products to use.Also in the room there is a fridge to have cold water, and also from the house they leave you a detail that is appreciated.The bathroom is newly renovated, it is comfortable and all impeccable.The owner of the house very kind, attentive and warm treatment.The complex has a pool in super good condition, with hammocks, umbrellas, good landscape.He doesn't lack anything!

The only negative points that I would highlight is that the room smells a bit of humidity.The bathroom does not smell well.And that the room is interior and gives the door to the laundry.If you are hot, the door has a window that you can open, but of course you can see you from the laundry and remove intimacy.Likewise, although they are improvable things, I would repeat because the experience in general has been very good and I recommend it.

This is a great place to stay when you don't like hotels like my sister and I, and also if you are on a budget holiday and like to cook your own meals. Everything what you needed was provided, room was good size, clean and well equipped, bed big and comfortable. There was just one small thing which we were missing in our room and that was a window. But because we could use the the balcony it wasn't such a big deal. Access to the small swimming pool and sunbeds just behind the corner and if you're fancy the big swimming pool, it was literally 3 min away from the flat. Big shop available just a few minutes walking distance where you can buy your groceries and all essentials. If you need a car there's one which you can rent for a good price and you don't have to deal with rental agencies. And now to the best part of this place - our hostess was jut amazing and always very helpful, she is such a good person and make you feel like visiting your favourite auntie. Thank you Marli

Marli, our adorable hostess, welcomed us with great kindness.The residence is very well located and can shine to visit the island.The room is comfortable and enjoys a private bathroom.You can also enjoy the kitchen and the superb terrace.Be careful, however, if you are a claustrophobic, the room has no window outside.It can however ventilate it by running the upper part of the bedroom door and the bathroom window.It was a bit surprising at the start of our stay but finally we did very well.We are delighted with our stay on this beautiful and surprising island.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa! Nos quedamos en casa de Marli y su familia y han sido estupendos. Súper atentos y familiares en todo momento. Nos recomendaron un montón de cosas que no hubiéramos ido de no ser por ellos y fue todo un acierto! Marli nos dejo el armario lleno de toallas sábanas y almohadas, cosa difícil d ver y se agradece muchísimo! Las instalaciones de las piscinas, y las pistas de tenis son una auténtica pasada ? Sin duda alguna volveremos a la isla y repetiremos en este apartamento. Lo recomendamos 100%

We liked absolutely everything!

Marli is a very friendly woman, when we arrived he had left us in the room a bottle of wine for us then taught us where everything was and how we could access, everything has it very clean and it is a very quiet place, from there it is easy Accessing all sites since the island is not very large and is also beautiful.He caught us a few days of very hot, nothing common on the island, so in the room it was a little heat but Marli prepared a fan and so we were fine.

The host is super -friendly and ready to help with questions.On the day of my departure, you and her husband took me to the airport.The balcony is beautiful and the whole apartment is lovingly designed, there was a bottle of wine as a greeting.

I had searched for a room with a view - and my room had no window.There are probably two guest rooms, one of them, one of them without a room.The room itself is cozy, but sometimes the air builds up.

Everything was perfect, and even better than we hoped!Our host was welcoming, available, smiling and good advice.The room The bathroom and the kitchen are clean and well equipped, the silent and secure residence with a swimming pool, we had access to the terrace, a happiness to have breakfast in front of sunrise.The location is strategic and ideal for navigating on this fabulous island!We will come back.Thank you for everything Marli :)

Unfortunately, the small room has no window and no table.To get to the balcony, you have to go through the living room of the host family.

Beautiful, well-kept estate with a swimming pool, there was no problem with finding a parking space. The room with a bathroom was very clean and well-equipped, there is everything you need. The apartment includes a beautiful, shared terrace. Marli is very nice and friendly host.

The hosts were very welcoming and helped us with our itinerary, we really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for a long weekend away with no frills and a peaceful stay! The location is very strategic as you can drive pretty much anywhere in the island.
