Super Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho Ekimae

Breakfast was limited but generally great for what is on offer. The bakery bread is probably one of the nice items in the breakfast menu and other items were enough to fill your morning needs. Location is great because its surrounded by restaurants, malls (a bit of walking for those with limited mobility but very doable) and a don quijote close by. Getting to and from the airport is relatively easy during normal hours because the trains connect to the main stations. I also loved the small onsen bath, its not usually busy so its a nice place to relax after a days' walking. Tip: the metro subway isn't always the best transport option because the JR lines and the buses are so much more accessible from the hotel.

Since the room is quite small, there isn't enough space to put in your luggage if you carry large check ins or if you are a bigger person staying with a companion. If you get the ECO option (no cleaning until the 5th day), it can get a little overwhelming in the room if you are not careful to keep the space tidy and take out the trash in the hallway. The free water for the rooms I am not a big fan of, but taste is subjective and you can always refill from the breakfast area.

It has all the basic me necessities that a hotel room needs to have. Small but to be expected in tokyo. Absolutely loved the public onsen!! Its amazing to relax in the onsen after a long day. The daily breakfast was actually pretty good too. Loved it.

First night in the 8 nights of stay, we found a used tissue and a stain on the bed. There’s also a bad smell from previous tenant. We ended up sleeping throught the dirt because it was late at night and theres no receptionist on site past midnight. We asked the next morning to change rooms but was denied, they only offered to clean the room. It was disapponting because that left a poor first impression. The bed was clean after but the smell remained. For us, we didn’t want to make a huge fuss after being denied but this could make a good feedback to help improve the cleanliness in the hotel for your future customers.

Clean and well maintained rooms and facilities. Especially enjoyed the public bath every night after a hard day of travelling and activities. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and adds a great start to each day! You can also choose a pillow of your preference (soft, hard, or in between). I slept really well and this was one of my best stays in Tokyo. Location is very convenient, close to Kinshicho station with 2 lines. Don't worry about going hungry at late night, plenty of izakaya and conbini around.

A little bit dark at the dresser area, so hard to put makeup on accurately. But easily rectified by opening the window blinds if it's daytime.

Perhaps an impeccable place in the ratio of the price is the quality of the service.Perfectly purely in the room.Wonderful breakfasts are tasty and fresh.Onsen is also at your disposal.And, of course, a location.In 5 minutes of slow walking, the JR and Metro station.Also nearby, the park, opposite the hotel, a shopping center is needed with everything.Tokyo Skytree - 25 min on foot walking.Our gratitude and best wishes to the hotel and all the staff.

Location was good in a fairly quiet part of Tokyo. 2 minute walk from the subway. A friendly area with a few restaurants and bars and a small shopping centre. Staff were helpful but not much English spoken.

The single lift does mean a long wait sometimes and there's no stairs. The staff were friendly and polite but none spoke English. The breakfast was not great, coffee awful, but it did set me up for the day. The bath wasn't great, small and dark.

Really liked the area where it was located. Short train ride into city centre. Very central to lots of places. Lots of locals going about daily life. Shopping centre across road with excellent food court. Lots of bars and local restaurants to enjoy. The onsen in the hotel was an added bonus. I used it every night.

Nothing. Breakfast was ok. Coffee out of a machine not good but I found this everywhere not just hotel.

I think this might have been the best hotel bed I have ever slept in, in Japan. The pillow is made of stone though, however they have a wide variety of pillows to choose from at the lobby. The bathhouse is also very luxurious and very comfortable. What i like most is that it has an easy connection to Tokyo and Shinjuku station allowing you to easily reach all areas of central Tokyo
