The room was clean, basic with air conditioning.Breakfast was fine, toasted bread, one fried egg, a small bowl with a daal, juice.The accommodation is about a 30min walk to the center, but the bus rides from the main road every few minutes.
The owner's attitude.We came to accommodation without booking and asked if there was a room available, the owner said yes.We got a price higher than on the portal, which is why we asked if the owner prefers to reserve through Booking or directly at his place.His attitude was very dismissive, he suddenly changed his approach to us by 100%, and we wanted well not to pay a greater commission.Finally, we heard that if we leave something tip, it is not known for what.It was very sad and gave food for thought.Later, the owner tried to make up and was nice but the disgust remained.You can see that it's only about money

The staff is very nice and the breakfast was also very tasty.The internet was very good in the areas that are used.
We had no internet in the room, although the booking was given that it was available.In the false ceiling there were very nocturnal rats.Since the rats were very loud, we couldn't sleep well.The ceilings were moldy in the bathroom and in the room.And it is urgently cleaned.Everywhere there were very thick layers of dust and the floor was very dirty.

The location was convenient, breakfast was included and was yummy. The room was spacious, there was a fan, AC , hairdryer, and the washroom was clean. They were kind enough to give us morning tea. Overall the place was very satisfying as we were able to sleep really well
The bedsheets and pillows were off-white and the wooden table had a plank missing. The drawer handle was broken as we tried to open it. There was no hot water too.

wifi was not working but they fixed it even though it was a holiday. The host is very friendly and caring. Its location is considered central. You can walk to restaurants and the lakeside with a 10-minute walk.
The rooms had no windows and were a little dark. Bed linens and bathroom were not very clean. The bed is very old and makes constant noise. We couldn't sleep comfortably.

We had a wonderful time at this place for 3 days!! The room was super comfortable, the place really well located in Kandy, the people were super nice, and the breakfast was really delicious with different kinds of fresh juices and meals everyday! Thank you so much for receiving us, we had a fantastic time there! We highly recommend this place!

Set in a lovely peaceful setting. Loved the outdoor, covered communal seating area. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Kandy Lake is about a 10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this place.

Very well located near the lake but away from traffic It is an old colonial house in a quiet area The room is equipped with non -noisy air conditioning and there is hot water the owner is very nice and can Help make your reservations (traditional dance show for example)

It is situated at a good location - not too far from the city centre so easily accessible.
There was no hot water in the shower despite informing the staff that we would be needing it 12 hours beforehand. Breakfast was mediocre.

Amazing stay! Just 15min walk to the city centre with restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the room was big and clean! Definitely recommend it and would stay again when we come back to Sri Lanka! Thank you!
