We were happy during our stay, we were always attended to us attentively and kindly, they helped us with our requests and the facilities are first.The food is good and something expensive, but it is understood that, in the area and the hotel service, prices are relative.The comfortable beds and pillows, the wide and well equipped bath, the room the same was spacious and with enough space to put bags, clothing (drawers and closets), a desk with mirror to make up and a large sofa.The staff is very pleasant, 100% I recommend it!
The winged plugs from our room's bed were very remote and very wide, so it was complicated to load the cell phone in the Burós.

Location is good. The staff were all very nice, especially the reception and valet. The room view is good if you get the city view.
Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t able to prepare the room allocation that we asked for. I left it in the notes and in the chat, but the extra bed was put into the wrong room, then they brought a crib instead of a bed. Regarding the facilities, the swimming pool is very small. Another disadvantage is that the windows in the rooms don’t open.
