Extremely friendly and professional staff.The hotel administrator communicated in English and Ukrainian without problems.He provided all the useful information that came in handy.We also forgot some things in the room and the administrator kindly helped us with this and organized a shipment, for which we are sincerely grateful.The room was spacious with the terrace that we used to use.The hotel is very convenient, especially when planning a journey by rail.

There are traces of wear of the room.Required cosmetic repairs.

Location was super.Nice beds!For a night we didn't care that they were two separate beds.Breakfast above expectations good.

Outdated with small bathroom.All worked fine.You pay for the location and not the luxury of the hotel.Upon returning to the hotel, someone seemed to have smoked in the hall, which could also be smelled in our room.

Difference between the photos and reality.Photos probably from - Tig years ago when everything was in better condition.Air conditioning did not work, roller shutter was closed and could not open because the band was missing, door to 'terrace' could not open.Many strange scents smelled (weed?).

Location Nadva, it's a short distance from the center.The room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful.Breakfast buffet, fully sufficient.Parking is not at the apartment, but the parking lot is not so far as the pension card is cheaper.

Room so small that door is no further than half open, shower head and radius somewhat moderate for comfortable shower.Unlocked points, not filled drill holes, missing grid for ventilation

Very personal and nice approach, when logging in and logout, when we leave we were offered to keep the luggage so that we could still see the city and pick up later.Breakfast excellent and home cheaper parking in a nearby parking house

I just didn't like the bathroom light that goes off every 5 seconds and we have to walk for it to turn on, for women who like to put on makeup this is a disaster.

The location of the hotel is strategically awesome.Everything is nearby, whether the train station, bus station, restaurants, concert hall, Beatles/Elvis Museum and parking garage can be reached quickly on foot.

we had the attic room. the stairs are steep. we did ok but would not want to go up and down them several times a day. and hard with bags.

Right in the center.The room was big and tidy.Fine beds.Good breakfast.

If you wanted to go outside from the room, you had to take a big step.There was a hole in the door and the sidewalk.That is dangerous.

The lamp in the bathroom.Is a sensor on, but goes out again after 5 seconds.So in the evening shower or to the toilet you can easily stay in the dark.

Near the station and still calm.Nice bathroom, views of gardens and ceilings.Restaurant in a tavern.Nice.

Stairs were a little hard.Balcony not so attractive.
