The thermal infrastructure is very beautiful and pleasant, many saunas/hammam and pools are available.

I did not appreciate the care part because there was not much flexibility and the care staff was not necessarily welcoming.Polished yes, welcoming in sincerity: no .. we had the impression that the smile was forced and that the customers' requests bored them.I leave a long immobilization following an accident and I wanted to relieve back pain.I can understand that there was no more room for a back massage, but they could only offer massages, heads, neck and neck with Indian oil.We chose this and I asked to focus on the neck, blow and top of the shoulders and not put the oil on the hair.The answer was radical: what you ask for a massage completely different from what you ordered.In fact they massaged the top of the shoulders, the nape of 10 minutes on a treatment of 25 minutes and all I asked was to continue this.In short, not possible, it was absolutely necessary to put the oil in your hair or abstain from a care ... Sincerely, in an establishment that wants to be "wellness", personally I do not understand ... I just Ask to continue something I needed and skipper which was not useful to me.I did not ask for a completely different feet or something.The Wellness objective is therefore to son-in-law at all costs but not to provide well-being to the customer ... Surprising, right?And no hydrating treatment in the rooms except what is on sale of course!For 306 EUR the rooms, and 2 days pass wellness, that does not seem exaggerated as a provision.Beautiful spa, but can do better on the "customer" aspect.

When you stay overnight as a guest you receive towel, bathrobe and slippers, and you can use the massage chairs as much as you can. Room was big, comfy bed and we had a nice balcony. Breakfast was good but go early to avoid crowdedness. Amenities were good, spacious and even with many guests you can find places to be quiet, for example the relaxation room under the solarium its great to read a book or sleep. If you stay over for only one night, the other day you can leave all your belongings inside a locker and enjoy until late, they have showers, changing room spaces, so with this option we enjoyed two days. They have various spa options (check the cabins outside too). You can bring a bottle of water and fill it up there, you can bring it with you to many places to keep hydrated. Our stay was during the mixed-day (as of the calendar), therefore in the pool people were wearing swimwear and inside the saunas people were naked. It was not very clear to us during this mixed-day if inside the saunas we could or not wear swimwear (as everyone was naked). Don't get me wrong, it was a nice experience (you can be with the towel all the time but with no swimwear).

If it is your first time and you are shy, I would recommend look at the calendar first and go on the swimwear-day.

Has often been to Thermae 2000 and still find it a beautiful complex, but now a few things hit ... Rooms, order and cleanliness and breakfast certainly still ok but it was different than usual ....

It was really too busy with the eating sessions, we were in the Infinity Sauna with 68 people.A few saunas were closed or 'warming up' all day.Annoying if it is so busy of course.The tasty restaurant where you could eat small tasty dishes is now the chic restaurant Senses that used to be upstairs (where you had to eat in clothing).When we were returned to the saunas after our street food in restaurant Senses (because there was nothing left for the rest, we were sent back ... Apparently the closing time was suddenly 22h while this used to be 23h (also on the website it was still on the time 23h). So at 22h to the room, that's earlier than going to bed ...

Find a quiet location located in the middle of nature.Jacuzzis, saunas, hamm, various swimming pools, etc.

When we arrived, our room was in questionable condition: (hairs, hair, dirt on the ground).No large bath towels.No cleaning of the room daily for 3 days despite the opinion displayed very early in front of the door.The more and more noisy people in the corridors late at night.Near the Lunch restaurant The Toilet was infected with an unbreakable odor from 8:30 am ... Catering point of view is galley ... Everyone is confined to one place that offers a reduced card at high prices For mediocre quality. We have been having this establishment for many years and we have never been so disappointed with our stay.We can only hope to one day find this clean and welcoming magic place that we have always known.

Friendly atmosphere, well maintained.Nice hotel rooms.

Thermen: mini-sauna's, voor 2 tot 6 personen geschikt waardoor er wachtrijen staan, ongezien... 1 grote panorama sauna. Vooral veel zwembaden. Binnengedeelte lijkt tropisch zwemparadijs met vochtig, beklemmend gevoel. Hier moet je ook eten. De maaltijden zijn prijzig. Vreselijk: geen kennis van lactosevrije producten. Dit kennen ze niet ? op het menu staat VEGA, van vegaAtarisch, zei kelner!! Nochtans kleine moeite om resem yoghurt bowls ook van Alpro-variant te voorzien. Nee, daar doen ze niet aan mee. Dan maar enkele keren het vegataArisch slaatje gegeten.

The staff is very friendly and is always ready for you.The food and drink is delicious!Both breakfast and lunch and dinner.It is a nice place with many different saunas, baths and steam baths.The view is beautiful and the rooms are clean and fully equipped.

It was pretty busy, so there was not always room in the saunas.We were advised from the friendly staff to always call for the next stay to check what the crowds are doing, also in connection with holidays from, for example, Belgium and Germany.

Cleanliness!3 years ago we stayed 1 day and was completely different and old and not clean, so this time mine you didn't want to book this hotel.But now we are very satisfied ... modern ... clean ... nice staff ... thank you

Our soap can and shampoo were empty.I had one from home and I did not complain about the reception.

Therme is very well equipped with outdoor pools of many nozzles, etc. Nice in the green.Personal very helpful and friendly.The bike could be taken to the room.

The bustle of the bathing day we had underestimated a bit of it not that busy and noisy, but it was very nice to deal with that very well with that

There is no longer a lot of choice at the catering level and the wine glasses are barely filled for a very high price ... It is a shame because before it was better served.
