The location is great. The cottage was clean and comfortable.

We alerted the owner to a problem with the bed in the downstairs bedroom. It squeaked badly with the slightest movement. Just sitting down on the bed caused it to squeak already. The only other problem is that the wall between the two cottages is paper thin, so conversations from the other guests could be overheard both downstairs in the living room as well as upstairs in the bedroom.

The house was as described.Completely sufficient for our purpose.Booked for two people, but came with two kids.Didn't have to pay anything on site.There was also a small playground for kids.Everything is very nice.

Unfortunately, the house is located on a more busy road and every car could be heard inside.Especially at night.Getting used to.

Nice bonus: outdoor playground for the kids, lawn with swing cable car and trampo!Neat house in the yard of nice host and woman who were easily accessible.With internet problem, for example, it was remedied very quickly.

A nice stay with every comfort.Very quiet.You really come to yourself.Nice and helpful landlords.

The traffic was disturbing in the morning.The apartment was noisy when there were other guests in the adjacent apartment.

The house is beautiful as well as the landscape.The owners are lovely and nearby there are precious villages.We loved it so much that we may come back in summer.

Bed and bedding was very comfortable as was the seating .A lovely view of the back yard . Great Location for cycling,walking and seeing the hunne bedden.

Quiet location, small terrace, very nice host.Distance to the racetrack in Assen is also okay (approx. 10min.)

A grilling would have made it perfect :-)

The location was perfectly nice house

The people in front of us had secretly smoked in the house despite the many skies you kept smelling it.

Perfect.Fully equipped.House was clean.

Unfortunately the pillows on the beds were a bit thick.But that will differ for everyone.

We personally did not like the dining room chairs and couch.
