Clothes were washed and dried whenever I asked. Guests can use the kitchenette and each room has a shelf allocated in the fridge. Along with the use of the microwave, it was handy for making simple meals

If I had to pick one fault, it would be that the mattress was too soft. Then again, not everyone has a bad back like me, so it may not be such a problem for other guests.

I couldn't find any faults. The room was spotless, the shower and bathroom was well equipped. The kitchenette was a nice touch and the host was very helpful. Lenas house is situated in a quiet area, but only a short walk from the centre of Town.

Definitely the price and location speak for this place.For a short stay it is the most pleasant place.

In the long run, the kitchenette at the bottom is a bit onerous.You can think about at least an electric kettle in the room.

An ideal room when visiting the magnificent island of São Miguel.Its location is great, even in the center of Ponta Delgada and with a large parking lot next to the house.I highly recommend it!

No sink in 'kitchen area'. Warning would be useful about how busy parking was behind house. We had to park elsewhere 0.8km away.

The location is very good, with public parking next.It is not noisy area.

The bed is quite uncomfortable and the pillow.

Check in without contact, super welcoming and affordable, we talked to the owner and she was super dear and friendly
