Large room, panoramic view, tasty food, friendly staff.

1. The misery in the shower, where no cleaning was done, I found hair in the drain siphon and at the corners of the shower.Dust on the table, on the coffee machine.The dirty toilet, however, had the paper with "sanitized".The cleaning in the room leaves it to be desired.2. The fact that I called 1 day before we stayed to ask if the pool is open and it was transmitted to me, and the next day at check-in I was informed that a malfunction appeared in the pool filters in the morning and no is functional;To find out in the evening that the pool did not work for 4 days and we were lied to the reception.It does not seem to me a behavior worthy of a 4 -star hotel.

Breakfast was rich, on all tastes.The buffet was often fed, so I didn't stay without eating.The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, it was the first time I spent some time at the hotel bar.

The elevators worked very crazy, the hotel was close to the maximum capacity and you waited long after one.The room was very large, but I found it badly organized.It was a "junior suite" that was largely empty.The TV was small and couldn't be seen from bed.As well as the bath - very large, but had an improvised shower cabin in a corner of which we were always afraid we would not flood the rest of the bathroom.

Clean, big rooms. Very good location. The a la carte menu was good. The receptionist was very friendly.

Breakfast was chaos. They ran out of bread by 9 o clock and they didn't bring any until almost half an hour later, there were no cups and coffee left, there was not much diversity in gems or fruit. The jacuzzi is NOT for kids. Staff should kindky ask parents to use only the pool with their kids. One small bathtub with screaming children along with their water toys is not what one can call relaxation. Also, one sauna didn't work.

Horizon, a place where we will come back with pleasure!People friendly, respectful, professional, clean rooms, hallways and parking, diversified and responsible cooking, without excess oil or burns, spacious and clean spa.We liked the location, cleanliness and hospitality!The extension of the program from the spa would be welcome!

Old bathroom in the room - would require some renovation. The food and the cocktails in the restaurant are medium(except for the dessert which is great).
