Friendly competent staff with easy early check in much appreciated. Food is great, generous portions, fresh and served perfectly. Rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and generous size. Lovely outlook through garden (abundant with butterflies) to water & ferry terminal. Quiet location.

Property is excellent. It has everything provided except proximity to usual tourist needs. Except ATM, small selection of snacks available at ferry terminal or onsite. Scooters available for hire onsite. I extended my stay based on atmosphere and competence of kitchen & staff.

Beautiful, small facility right by the sea and right next to the pier to the ferry (therefore the perfect location for us).Large room with refrigerator, TV, safe etc. Surprisingly comfortable and huge bed.Good bathroom.Chic, minimalist style.Own small balcony with seating.Calm environment.Very friendly and attentive staff.Relaxed restaurant area at the same time.Enjoy your meal.The accommodation organized the taxi transfer from the train station.

Beach littered through the tides, otherwise very nice.Not bad, but you should know: far from the "shot".

We were there for one night in transit.The system is very pretty and well -kept, but remote.But you have peace and a very nice view.The owners are very helpful.We had a rental car breakdown and they clarified everything for us.Thank you very much

The air is a bit stuffy in the room.If you leave the door open from the bungalow/room, all guests look in.The climate is pleasant but the oxygen is still missing.The breakfast (not included) is ok

Pretty outdoor area with a restaurant.Right on the pier and on the beach.Big comfortable rooms.Food well, but quite price -intensive.Ferries to the islands can be booked here.Unfortunately, the street and the pier are renewed, so there are hardly any ferries from here at the moment.But you can easily be brought to the next pier with a shuttle bus.

Unfortunately garbage on the beach, also right in front of the hotel.

The location is actually great on a scenic beach.Location to the pier is right next door.In the restaurant you can sit nicely and eat a little something.The rooms are well equipped, comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, the beach is quite contaminated with washed -up garbage and apparently nobody feels addressed to do anything about it.Due to the proximity to the pier, it is of course a little louder from the ships.

Magic House in Chumphon is a serene gem nestled conveniently next to the Koh Tao pier. With its beachfront location, it offers a tranquil escape. The location is perfect for taking a ferry or speed boat the next day early (200m on foot), but the environment has no interest, far from Chumphon, or other village (30 min from taxi), wandering dogs do not Do not want to walk around at night ...

The hotel is very clean, safe, has lots of beautiful vegetation and faces water.It is located 30 seconds of walking by the beach of the boarding quay of the Lomprayah company (transfer by boats to the islands);Which is very practical.Friendly and attentive staff.The food of the restaurant is excellent.

There were ants at the bathroom sink in our room.

We booked this accommodation due to it being near to the Catamaran pier going over to Koh Tao- this place is high quality and right on the beach, excellent staff and good food plus bungalows are superb- highly recommend bungalow A1 right at the front- 10/10 on everything- please note though there is not a lot going on around.

The location of Magic House was perfect for us as we were getting an early morning ferry to one of the islands and it was just next to the port we were departing from. The rooms were so spacious ans super comfortable. The staff were really pleasant and the food in their restaurant was very delicious

Easy overnight stay for a two minute walk to the ferry port. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Decent food and helpful staff. Staff can purchase ferry tickets and provide parking during your visit to the islands

Make sure you ask for adjoining rooms if booking with a family of young children

The room is next to the sea. The view is good. Looking at the sea view from the room, the room is clean and spacious.There is a comfortable sitting area in front of the house.

We were traveling to Koh Tao the next morning, so the location - next to the ferry pier was the main consideration. from this point of view it was the best choice. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hostel father is extremely helpful and drove me (free of charge) to the next 7ELEVEN because my smartphone SIM card had expired and I needed a new one.The kitchen was excellent.Drinks always cold.and much more.

Everything was super good

It was perfect for taking the boat for Koh Tao the next day because really a few minutes from the port on foot.Well -maintained clean rooms, we are a family of 4 and took the family room with two bedrooms.The restaurant is very good.

Super clean and very isolated perfect for a get away from everything break, No night life and a small but good and reasonable priced menu, beautiful comfortable room and exceptionally good internet for the middle of nowhere.

This property is conveniently located next to the lamprayah pier which allows you to walk to it. The room was spacious, clean, great wifi and a nice restaurant on site.

Think it was worth paying a bit extra to stay here close to the ferry than in town and taxi in in the morning! Such a lovely place and great food. We arrived at 2115 and we got dinner delivered to the room

Good location to the pier.We ate right there.At first glance, the prices are more expensive but you get quite large portions and the food tasted sensationally well.

Ideal if you are going to take the ferry early, hotel 2 min of the port and paradisiaca beach, the hotel is fine and the rooms are spacious and beautiful

Big stylish rooms and fantastic location next to the pier. The hotel restaurant was really good. There’s really nothing else in the area but fantastic for a sleepover.
