Staff very nice and helpful.
Supposedly just renovated but - tvs were ancient, phone looked like the first car phone ever, curtains had a thick layer of dust/dirt- but the silliest thing is: the mattresses aren’t on a bed - they’re on a platform .. and the platform is raised BUT doesn’t have an edge for the mattress to sit in- because of this the mattress moves without any effort and we woke up with the mattress falling halfway onto the floor. It was definitely odd. Also, the he snack and breakfast selection is abysmal. Four dollar(25cent normally) Doritos, three dollar personal size cereals plus two dollar milk, five bucks for single serve macaroni.

Breakfast sandwiches were made to order. The entire staff was very freindly and accommodating. the Marshall Bluetooth speaker was awesome, going to go buy one for home.
Our stay was wonderful. A couple suggestions though, 1) install slow shut toilet seats. the non-slow shut are very loud. 2) Upgrade your TV's so you can at least stream content from your phone. (took 2 days to figure out where the outdated scrolling guide even was). 3) We stayed 3 nights, so this is more for longer stays, but it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room, just to heat up leftovers and coffee.

The property was very clean, staff was very friendly. The rooms are great, each one feels like a safe little bubble with so many cool features. I just love how each aloft is so different! This one really gives you a warm welcome.
The beds were a bit harder than some, we were told about a pool- supposed to be heated but it was very cold. Not sure if it was supposed to be open to the public or not, but otherwise it was great!

It’s pretty, has alot of areas to hang (pool table, games, lounge, indoor pool but NO hot tub). Bluetooth speaker in room. Rooms overall clean.
TV Remote was disgusting, covered in gunk that was clearly built up for a while. No hot tub in the indoor pool area (which was very cold, definetly was not heated). No ice dispensers on the floors, you have to go down to lobby to get bags of ice.

the bed was comfortable and the shower roomy!
no ice machines or a breakfast included in price elevators were covered in clothes and cardboard and not sure why. The hotel didn’t look like it was under construction

We were there for a wrestling tournament and was very pleased with the location and the bar. The bartender was so nice and went the extra mile to help us.

Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff.
Headboards on the beds in room were scratched up. I did notify the staff and they were very apologetic.

The keypad on our door stopped working when we returned from a concert, but the desk clerk worked very quickly to get us back in.
