Lord Charles Hotel

Everything was exceptional about the property and it’s a really beautiful place to relax and enjoy

We had a little mishap with the receptionist. Our air on was not working in our room and they had promised to move us to another room especially since we extended our stay because we were having such a nice time . On the day we were supposed to move to the other room we were told that it needed to be cleaned as there were guests that had just checked out . Fast forward to later that evening when we enquired about the room for the 5th time that day as they had initially said that the room would be ready by 12 pm and when I eventually decided to go to the reception they told that the room has already been taken even though it was promised to us .We got the room but we had to cause a scene because it seemed like they were prioritising other guests over us. I didn’t like that and it just ruined our day

The staff are very loyal and friendly. The private transfer/shuttle to the airport was lovely and great, especially at a very early time in the morning. They were very kind as to liaise with the kitchen to prepare continental take away breakfasts for us to have on the road/flight. Amazing!

The hotel has such a prime position and lovely grounds, but we feel the hotel itself is a bit dated. I also didn't like that the smoking section is at the pool/courtyard where kids and everyone else play/swim. I think this area definitely needs a revamp.

Nothing except for holidays it will be nice if they can arrange some celebrations maybe at a Fee because the area is a bit far from waterfront,so if u are using ehailing u are sort of scared to visit new years celebration places without your own transport and it will also be nice for the kids to see a few crickets in the sky entering into the new year the ones that are not harmful

I love that the hotel was modern.It also has 2 restaurants inside, which made it convenient. The breakfast is good with alot of options, overall experience was great!

The kitchen closes early, places outside of the hotel. The garage available has limited food options

Good location, safe fencing

The hotel should be completely renovated.Suffered did not meet.The light flickered in the room and in the bathroom there was a lamp from the ceiling.A picture was moldy and the climate was very loud.

The room wasnt what l booked and when l got there it was a double booking and my room was gone.the aircon and fridge wasnt working and had to wait for a room to be cleaned.the staff was nice but not the facilities

Large garden. Average size room. Nice variety at breakfast. Nice business hotel.

Carpets in rooms. Location is convenient if you around Somerset west. Abit expensive compared to other hotels in CT.

The quality of service from the staff. Very helpful and always smiling. The room is very spacious and good lighting.

It was hard to navigate within the hotel due to inadequate signage.

Location and big bed and breakfast

Aircon did not work and some of the TV channels were blurry. No TV channel indicator, did not know what was on offer.

Room was rather small apartment super bed with magnificent pillows what you want for breakfast very courteous, nice staff

Very accommodating staff. We had a early check-out. The 24 hour desk is a big plus
