It is quite secure, from the underground parking to the instructions left by the owner. It is also wheelchair friendly and friendly for those on crutches. Although, apartment was small, it was cozy and was well fitted with everything that you need with even complimentary milk and water. No loadshedding was experienced throughout the stay. Very convenient location. Owner also made an effort to return crutches left in the apartment.
My parents who stayed at the property are quite old and the safe is quite tricky to operate when checking in I had only sent my parents the first part of the message that didn't have the code, the security on duty at the time was very rude and unhelpful, there is no waiting area and to manage the door (the nitty gritty, bells ringing etc.) for a geriatric population is quite tricky, not as smooth as a hotel stay. When it was time to leave to manage the safe was difficult for my mom who struggled to fit the key in the safe as well as the remote for the parking. The noise level due to fellow guests or apartment owners was also quite loud, with lots of youth having celebrations.

Lovely studio apartment! Very easy to find after reaching Cape Town. Security was present and building is secure. Apartment itself was spotless. Nice size for 2 persons, comfortable and cosy. Kitchen area is well equipped. We were able to cook up nice breakfasts to sustain us for the day of being tourists ahead. Bathroom area was good as well, with a really great rainfall shower head. Other advantage, substantial: no loadshedding experienced during our stay! Another plus: a nice Vida E Caffe right across the street.

The collection of the key was confusing as my International number was used to receive the code, I would have preferred that the booking.com messaging system was used for consistency .

- Literally no loadshedding. - Wifi, Netflix, all types of entertainment if you chose to stay indoors. - Close to all amenities. - The room was well stocked in terms of everything required for a self-catering hotel, pots, pans, cutlery, etc, even cleaning items. - Sound proof

I didn't like that the door could not lock from the inside, so anyone with a key could open it. It was not made clear which apartment was mine or the code of the lockbox and the security didn't know either, but they contacted one of the cleaners who were very helpful

Ventilation in the bathroom is constantly on, no response to questions from the host side, listened with noisy;Already 5 minutes before check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by the cleaning staff.

I liked that the place is close to long street but I could get a peaceful sleep, it was nice and quiet. It felt safe, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and very convenient, I had everything I needed.
